Action For Happiness provides great resources to support adults and young people to stay mentally healthy one way in which they do this is to publish a well being calender every month, this provides lots of ideas and activities to keep everyone feeling good.

Focused wellbeing for parent

As you know we have been working on the Wellbeing award this year. Thank you for all your ideas and help so far. We have gathered all the evidence and we are delighted that you agree that wellbeing and positive emotional and mental health are really important. We have been thrilled with your responses to all the phone calls and see saw communication throughout the Pandemic. We really feel it has been a joint team effort.  We are going to move forward from September. We want to offer more opportunities for you to meet up and chat about things that matter to you and your family. SHARE coffee mornings will be starting up again (Covid dependant) We hope there will be more information about how other agencies can help and offers ideas about different activities  you can try  with you children. Lots of you have offered to help and support Wellbeing in school so we hope to take you up on you offers and tap into your skills!
