Look at the LEGO we made!
Class Juniper had a tour of the different rooms in Speke Hall. They had the opportunity to ask questions about the Victorian contents of the house. The pupils also had time to explore the maze, gardens and the woodland area.
The pupils had the opportunity to use their senses to explore a range of different bread types. They experienced white bread, brown bread, pitta bread, naan bread, bagels and croissants.
The children have been taking part in weekly gymnastic lessons led by a specialist teacher. They have been working hard to improve their balancing, jumping and travelling techniques.
Look who’s hatched at Knowsley Central!
The pupils rally enjoyed the trip to Imagine That. They took part in Science experiments, art activities and had fun in the role play area.
Class Juniper took part in a bread making workshop with a baker from ASDA. We mixed the ingredients to make a dough and then kneaded it. We took the bread home to share with our family.
Class Juniper took part in some Chinese New Year Celebrations. We made our own floating dragons, some dragon masks, tried some Chinese food and used chopsticks!
The pupils in Class Juniper have been taking part in weekly Yoga Lessons led by a specialist teacher. They have worked hard to develop their postures and balancing skills.
We listened carefully and followed the instructions to make our own salt dough. We could mould it into different shapes. It was lots of fun.
